In the lead-up to this year’s Region 16 competition, Barrie Soundwaves was thrilled to welcome a lively audience of family, friends, and supporters to our annual Friends & Family Night. Held just days before we hit the contest stage, the evening gave our guests a sneak peek at our full competition package.

We were also treated to outstanding performances by two guest quartets—Whiplash and Primetime—who entertained with flair and finesse. It was a joyful night of harmony, connection, and community, capped off with laughter, warm conversations, and, of course, some delicious homemade treats.
